Poor Opal had a rough day. Anytime she hears thunder she FREAKS out for hours and becomes your shadow (even following you into the bathroom). Since she stayed with me all day, I took some photos.

I wanted to post a photo of the scarf I finished crocheting today, but I have to keep reminding myself that this project isn't about documenting my days - it's primarily about documenting my best photos. Nothing else I took today beats this one of sweet Trevor.

Day 32: Walk

Spent some more time photographing my favorite puppies again this morning. That's Opal, Trevor, and Pippin out on their walk. I have a feeling they will be showing up in many more pictures over the next few weeks.

Day 31: Traveler

Traveling home from Japan to Missouri today, I kind of had two shots at August 22. This is one of the only pictures I took in the first 24 hours of August 22 (Day 31), before I traveled back in time. I took this quickly on my phone because I was excited to finally find the delicious jasmine tea that I love, which had eluded me the entire trip.

Then, home. After 30 hours of traveling, it's still August 22. Before sinking into my bed, I had to try out my new camera on the puppies. Even with the low light and not sleeping for over a day, I like this one of Mom and Pippin.
