Day 364: Flowers II

Some pretty flowers I passed on my walk to campus today.

I've still been enjoying my anniversary flowers from Tim. They make the dining room smell like our wedding day :)

Day 335: Flowers

Finally catching up on my posts! (Still haven't missed a day of taking a photo.) After flying to Missouri, we got to take a lovely drive to pick up our shipment from Okinawa. I took some pictures before helping load up the truck.

Day 331: Orchid

I got an orchid today! Now to test out my green thumb.

Day 330: Daisy II

I took a walk today to enjoy the beautiful weather and discovered a nice city park just a couple blocks from our place. Now if only I could be outside for longer than 20 minutes without my allergies staging a revolt.

Day 313: Roses

My brother brought me some roses from his garden. So pretty!

Day 310: Cathedral

On our last day in New Orleans, we walked around the French Quarter, ate beignets at Cafe du Monde, and saw the St. Louis Cathedral in Jackson Square.

Day 309: Oaks

On Friday we visited the Audubon Zoo and Oak Alley Plantation. The 300-year-old live oaks were absolutely beautiful. We tasted mint juleps as we walked around the grounds where they filmed Interview with the Vampire.

Was feeling well enough today to venture into the garden to take some photos. I hate being sick.

Today we got started on our CoMo Bucket List and went for a hike in Rock Bridge State Park. Tim had never been to see the Devil's Icebox before.

Day 279: Garden II

We have these beautiful, giant dandelions in the back garden. I remember being pretty upset as a child when I learned that dandelions were considered weeds.

Day 276: Bay

I woke up early on Sunday and got some photos of the beautiful foggy bay outside my window. After a great flight to Kansas City, I finally made it home.

Day 270: Sunabe

Stopped by the seawall today to pick up Tim's scuba certification. We took a short walk and I got to snap some photos. Such a cute place.

I only have about a week left on the island to capture these amazing sunsets.

Finally went on a walk today around the BOQ. I love these flowers, and I'm always trying to get different kinds of shots.

Day 253: Sun

I was getting annoyed today that all my flower shots were looking too similar and boring, so I tried putting the sun behind one. I didn't quite nail it (it was a little windy), but it's pretty anyway.
